Elderflower Syrup

Ohio elderflower (grown by yours truly) infused in a simple syrup makes a sophisticated flavoring for waters, teas and cocktails. 

The subtle flavor of elderflower is hard to describe - it has been called variously floral, grassy, fresh, musky, and honeyed.  If you have tried the French elderflower liqueur St. Germain, you have a sense of the taste.  Give it a try and decide for yourself. 

Ingredients: water, sugar, elderflower, lime juice, citric acid
