A plant is a live product, and your success in growing our plants depends on many factors, including weather and the skills and practices of the grower (such as soil preparation, proper planting technique, irrigation, and weed control). These factors are completely out of the control of Mucky Boots Farm and are the responsibility and risk of the grower. If you have trouble with any of our plants within the period of 1 year from the date of purchase, please contact us so that we can try to work with you to find a solution. If any plant proves unsatisfactory, we will replace the item or credit your account, whichever you prefer.

Limitation of Liability

All prices are in United States dollars and are correct at the time of publication. 

Mucky Boots Farm reserves the right to change prices without notice. Any change in price will be immediately published to the website. It is our intention to display accurate and reliable information, products and prices on this website; however, the material displayed on this website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. You expressly understand and agree that your use of this website is at your sole risk and that this website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
